So I do not have nearly as much experience as most of the active members on this site however I have heard enough knowledge to regurgitate what I have been taught.

Like you thoughts that title companies get kick backs your just regurgitating something you heard and what you heard is BS..

And there are so many scummy slimeballs everywhere selling their "courses" that don't take the real world into account because of their lack of experience or just plain fraudulent morality where they know anything sells if its hyped enough.  95% of the "courses" are rubbish and are just regurgitated material than anyone with a bit of reading or experience knows already. 

You mentioned that it's free, and if I understood you correctly, it's also quick and easy.I do hope you aren't grouping me in with regurgitating Guru's as I've proven up enough success for myself and my clients for over 10 years now.

Listening to a guru is fine to a point, they only want to sell information so when they start talking like that, leave....Most of them don't invest successfully which is why they are selling and regurgitating info.

I was such a nice guy here on Biggerpockets when I just started, and then I became a prick, blunt, rude almost because of exactly this.Everyone here is trying to be "an expert" regurgitating all the friggin crap all these gurus tell people.

I've got to keep up with the latest in the regurgitated guru lyrics, they're always packaging the same strategies as groundbreaking by using a different term for it...
