I am a newbie and excited.  Finally feel ready and confident to begin wholesaling.  I need a real estate agent familiar with assigning contracts and snap flipping.  Also looking for cash buyers in the hamptonroads area that will give me a shot to bring them great deals!   Hope you all can help me.  Thank you
