Other than the skirt on the exterior, the fact that it's totally rectangular, and it's location, everything I see from the water heater to the cabinets to the rough plumbing to the floor joists to the showers looks like typical stick-build materials.Will do on the photos and update.  

When my laminate has worn out I plan on replacing with wood-grain rectangular tile because tile is so durable and cool. 

It's 1800 sq ft and just a basic rectangular shaped building.

I suspect there may be a good design there but you may think about getting a hybrid design from some of the best ideas.I think Jay mentioned something that may be your most economical solution given that you're going to be replacing some joists, anyways - in a nutshell, you'd be removing joists that are bad (potentially all) - cutting existing joists you're keeping out from the masonry wall (no longer touching), and building yourself a solid ledger type system that you can use hangers for your joists.I don't know the geometry of the room, but if you can picture a square or rectangular shaped room, you could get by with 4 new footers. 

I bought a single story rectangular block home on a concrete foundation.

Look on the street to see if there are rectangular cutouts in the road where a line has been replaced.

Based on square footage, it should comp out to roughly 530-560k BUT that is comparing to normal 15-16 footers that are normal rectangular shaped.

The lot is flat and rectangular shape (about 600ft x 170ft).
