If you have a prop mgr in the state you are buying the prop in and after you have a good relationship with him/her you can use him/her as your RA if you want to save that yearly expense

You still had to pay for the dryers, but people got around that by letting their clothes dry on to of the heating vents in their dorm rooms.The floor RA had a sign on the door to the laundry room on his side of the hall that read, "KEEP THIS DOOR CLOSED.

Have your attorney be the RA. 

You need to have a physical street address for the LLC's RA in NJ in order to accept mail (in the event you are sued as an example).

Have her show you how to produce financial statements, esp P&L, A/R, A/P/ and Balance Sheet.
