I really don't own anything downtown but I don't really see many houses going much above that unless they are very large and in a prestigious location and even then they top out at $2000.

I then continued my education by passing the requirements to become a CPCU "Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter"  There are fewer than 25000 of us in the world, the designation is considered to be the most prestigious in our industry. 

However, I do have many connections in the business since I am an Interior designer and custom home builder of luxury properties and do want a prestigious name to attach myself to.

After only a few short months of talking with him, we partnered on a fix and flip in a very prestigious neighborhood in Centennial, Colorado (which hasn't gone according to plan, but is a great learning experience).  

One thing that combats the seasonality issue is that Sparkling Hill Resort is up there, and I'd imagine short-term rentals would be a good secondary option to Sparkling Hill/Predator Ridge Resort, as well as for special event accommodations (weddings, parties, etc.).Understanding your post was from almost a year ago, did you ever pull the trigger up there or anywhere else in the area?
