It’s a robot calling you with a prerecorded message.

I have her leave a personal VM, not a dropped, pre-recorded one, for all calls that go to VM.I received a callback from a lady on one of my VA's VMs. 

They typical way they do this prerecord a webinar and then promote it as a live webinar.  

I don't include any website or company name on the postcard, just my name and the phone number for them to call the pre-recorded message.

If someone calls back that number, it goes straight to a brief, pre-recorded message, and they can leave a voicemail.

They are not offering in new year for live interactive one but pre-recorded one is available. 

I noticed that whereas I personally answer your telephone calls and letters, --- when I try to contact you, I am confronted by the impersonal, overcharging, pre-recorded,faceless entity which your bank has become.

There were plenty of pre-recorded modules, weekly "coaching" calls and a meet and greet event.

One was a joke and you only met with trained associates except for on weekly conference calls when so many people were on the call you could never get a question answered and each week it seemed like the same people were being answered leaving me to wonder if it was all pre recorded.
