I was just listening to the BiggerPockets podcast and James Dainard says he spends 350-400k for an ADU.

I was not going to but I noticed BP is now promoting RentRedi again on their recent podcasts so just want to share with others before people decide to switch. 

I can't see what you would need a course to teach you that you can't learn by reading 30 Day Stay; listening to the BP podcast episodes with Sarah Weaver, Zeona McIntyre, and Jesse Vasquez; and hanging out in MTR forums/Facebook groups.

You can also check out the PassivePockets Podcast and if you take up my first idea, The Hands Off Investor by Brian Burke is a great read.

As for the rest of it, you can find a lot of useful tips on past forum posts along with podcasts and youtube material on the topic (BP and other RE sources).We've self managed STRs for a few years.

I am also listening to the Bigger Pockets podcasts daily during every free period I have throughout my day while trying to learn as much as possible.

Those are a great way to get started, along with podcasts and books.
