Pluming is the most expensive fix you will have if it isn't done correctly.

Although it says you don't need a specific license (only for roofing and pluming) I'm still unsure on how the process works.

Hello Zachary,Have you check the pluming, electric and roof ?

Light construction generally doesn't bother insurance companies but its always good to notify them.Problems start to arise when the renovation requires multiple contractors and more heavy construction like framing or pluming and electric upgrades.  

I gave them the example that our pluming contractor was let go from his job after 20 years of hard work with the same company.  

From my experience that age always has a pluming issue.

Complex tasks like pluming, flooring or electrical cost much more per hour than simple tasks like cleaning, lawn mowing or demolition.

The demo will be starting this week, and after the demo we should have are electrical, pluming and HVAC down.Just want to say thank you to BP community these forums and the podcasts and the people here.
