That is one facet of the long-term goal.

I am absolutely 100% committed to pursuing Real Estate in some capacity or another for a very long time, I am incredibly intrigued by the "no ceiling" aspect of how far you can take this business and I thoroughly enjoy every facet of residential homes from construction to sales to ownership.

But again most folks that are rental geared simply are not interested in this facet ... as it tends to be quite capital intensive and not really all that great in the leverage department.. cash buyers well they have a leg up ..

There are many facets and I would recommend to absorb all elements of investing and not just what pertains to your specific goals.
