(Whenever I’m working on a unit, I buy some dawn dishwashing soap to use to was my hands, and paint brushes, jist random needs, and I leave a nearly full bottle for the tenant, and after the cleaners come through they always walk away with it!!)

Big materials are easy (Cabinets, Counters, toilets, etc.) but small materials like screws, glue, caulk, paint brushes, rollers, plastic, are hard to estimate and put into a category.

You have to consider that in your decision. ok..1 more last caveat..all the cleaning supplies, lawnmower, trimmer, paint, brushes, ladders etc etc - I already own.
