I just read an article recently that noted "Avg Profits For Flipped Homes" of $80,000, however when you dig into the article and their sources, "Profit" is simply Sale Price - Purchase Price...so it doesn't consider renovation costs, holding costs, financing costs, etc.

WE use the doors that have the blinds built in for the man door on the garage so it can have some light or privacy and or if it goes to the backyard because there is no slider same thing and we put that door on whatever room is going to be the office.. that way they can close the blind in the glass for privacy while they work or leave it open buyers dig that.

I currently live in Southern Maine and am looking to construct some kind of new project rather getting into rehabbing existing residentialProposed Land Budget 100-200kConstruction Budget: 400kAll in 500-600k.I have found that if I do the site work myself including clearing, septic and digging the foundation is that i can sub contract out either steel or a Lester style building (50x150) for around 300k installed with insulation and power , divided into three 2500 square foot units.

My personal experience tells me home owners in foreclosure are in complete denial and will try their best to dig themselves in as deep as they can.
