What is the financing vehicle? 

If I were in your shoes, I’d focus on house hacking in Phoenix by exploring multi-family properties or using the BRRRR strategy with undervalued single-family homes.

I’m looking to purchase my first multi family home in the city of Colombus and am looking for the hard numbers, metrics I should be on the lookout for, and sample properties to get my hands wet as far as what’s considered a good deal and area to invest in.

The remainder is primarily in annuities, bonds and cash related vehicles. 

A flip, single family rental or small multi family rental?

Due to prices, I started invested in RI in 2019 and now have 4 multi family properties.I would ask, why 20% down and not 3.5% (FHA) or 5% (Fannie Mae) if you up on occupying the home?

.), and you’ll have to do some continuing education for licensing compliance, then you might have some technology costs and some other costs I’m forgetting, of course vehicle maintenance and insurance and those types of things.

Are you looking at any specific strategies right now (house hacking, BRRRR, multi-family, etc.), or still exploring options?

Has anyone have any experience acquiring multifamily property using a SBA loan like to get your thoughts?
