Nope not me. moral of the story is that you have to either not respond or say yes and don’t mean it. the rest of your story is so self incriminating that I’d just delete it all if I were you. 

Treat homeowners who need to sell because they are in financial trouble like you would like someone to treat your parents.Unless you hate your parents, this will always guide you down the morally correct path. 

So the moral to this story is that as a “passenger on the bus” you incur certain risks that are less likely when you are in full control of your investments like rentals.  

The moral of this story is to look where you invest and make sure you don't have to deal with crap like this.

You can not bill back more than you are charged, so you need to be careful.It does save on consumption, because they become aware that they are on the hook for paying.

Moral of the story, there is a difference between operating a business based on fees and operating a business that charges reasonable fees as a function of doing good business.
