Logically we keep telling ourselves, we have the experience to easily make the transition but mentally there's a big difference when dealing with 100's of thousands of dollars on a single fam / duplex and millions of dollars on a 20+ unit property.

But I’ve found that a well-chosen angle or a unique architectural detail can give guests a mental anchor point.. something that says, “Yes, this is a real place with character.”

This subdivision will take about 5 years to sale.A State mental health facility closed in our town.  

The people that lived there must have had severe mental and behavioral problems.

Came up with a little mental "que" or montra if you will the other day while driving to help me through those tough mental days, and wanted to share...."

Mentally not an option.Had my current caretaker trim this stub with a chainsaw and send the pictures as an example.This limb should have been trimmed when this tree was around 2 to 5 years old. 

Constantly trading properties would take to much time and mental energy, which I need for something else.

But after enduring my first construction loan gut renovation, along with a couple of other partial ones, this issue has been one of my primary mental obstacles. 

However, as @Chad Hale mentioned, only if you can afford it - meaning both financially and mentally (e.g. how stable are both of your jobs, how long will it take you or your husband to find a replacement job, how much you have in reserves, and whether you guys are in a position to withstand that mental stress, etc.)When you mention 8k monthly, I am assuming that's net profit?

My goal is to build a business that serves corporate clients; construction and infrastructure development teams,  medical/education faculty,  corporate relocation,  family emergency relocation services,  sports travel/events, corporate and industryand I want to learn from those of you who are doing this successfully and are willing to share actionable ideas for how I can be successful in offering value to these groups.Thank you!!
