We set up our CPA, LLC, website, marketing plat forms (social media), investor (sponsors) list, I have an operation manager, acquisition manager, and myself leading the charge.

But, I also think the access to information today: all the books, these forums, conferences, gurus on social media...  

Look up local investors on social media and follow them and comment and like their posts so they get used to seeing your name.

the potential plaintiffs are trying to recruit all investors (probably at the suggestion of the attorney who’d like to of course get as large a settlement as possible) and “projecting” a little as to the state of their lawsuit on social media.  

Generally speaking, I think tech like this stuff and social media have lowered the barrier to entry, allowing people to take risks they dont fully understand, whether wholesaling. flipping, lending, etc.

If you do have money to invest in your wholesaling business, then you can pull lists from Prop Stream or List Source and skip trace them, use bandit signs, social media advertising, Google/Bing ads, Direct Mail, etc.

Their newsletter/website/social media has all the vendor recommendations for our area.

I've had the best luck with FB groups, networking(local or through social media), referrals.
