I understand the two main downsides of condos being monthly fees out of your control and little appreciation. 

My main focus is finding leads or deals.

So I would assume the San Antonio project is sold out if the terms have been adjusted to be more reasonable.

I have a degree in civil engineering and 15 years construction, site development, and short term rental experience and am looking to shift my focus/career towards real estate development, mainly raw land although if there were a house on the property could include fix and flip.I plan to purchase 50+ acres of raw land with 1000+ feet of road frontage, have it surveyed and split into separate 5+ acre parcels for re-listing.

My main interests will be in fix and flips, BRRR, and buy and hold.

So i bought a home back in September 2022 in Kansas City Mo with 7.37% interest and I remodeled the home by putting a 2nd full kitchen and remodel the main bathroom almost putting close to $30k I have a remaining balance left of $275k in loan, I had to relocate to Dallas due to unexpected job transfers in 2024 May such a short notice didn’t want to put the MO home back on the market and loose money.

Is there any reason why I shouldn’t set my LLC up in the state where the property is as opposed to my home state?
