The tax assessor information does not show an instrument # for me to check it out on the Landmark web site for Jefferson county.

You know the areas and you can speak the same language as them with regards to neighborhood landmarks, events, etc.- Negotiating - not just the price, you are negotiating to extract information out of sellers - condition, price, situation, etc.  

I think the city involved would learn an expensive lesson if their zoning code was taken to court.This is a totally new wrinkle so it would require a regulatory attorney willing to be at the forefront in landmark court decisions regarding Fair Housing.

Just redoing my photos for one of my STRs and the guy suggested an overhead drone shot showing proximity to downtown and other landmarks.

And in the even that the Landmark Commission denies your request, there is no rebuttal or compromise process.

I have the discipline to stick to my strict criteria, however, I also have very detailed goals and landmarks/times for hitting those goals that I want to meet.  

In my experience the credit unions (Summit and Landmark) have great rates and low closing costs.

Chris,We (Landmark Management) just took over the management of this property.  

Hopefully they will find that $15k isn't worth the time and money to make this a landmark audit.
