@Derrick Roland II Let's see, traffic noise, challenges backing out of your driveway, have to keep kids in backyard and off front sidewalks, big trucks passing by will shake the whole place, can't think of anything positive.All the negatives will reduce your max rent and make it harder/longer to find tenants.What's more important is understanding if the Neighborhood is Class C or D.

Hello I really need help in deciding which of these 2 options if any I should choose. we purchased a 3BR 3BATH townhouse in Martinsburg WV back in 2018 for 175k that my wife kids and I  lived in until 2021. shortly after that we relocated to Jacksonville Fl. 

With Valdosta being a town full of college kids and military families, the busiest time for U-Haul will be around December and May.

in cash flow would cut it for me. i'd want enough to cover the mtg, but also R&M and a little for vacancy. if i can't do that plus have a little actual "cash flow" left over.... i'm still here :) if that's any indication. 

I am a wife and mom of 3 kids, I want to spend more time with family, build a future for my kids, and give back to my community.

She could easily sell and pay $2k a month in a rental and live a better life, but she has some idea that the kids and grandkids might come 1 X a year and then having a 6 BR house would make them come more often. 

-My fiancée and I are planning on having our first kid by the beginning of 2026, so extra room would be ideal as we are somewhat limited in the primary residence. 

Especially if you have cute little kids and a pregnant wife. 

Or if you need to hire a kid to stand out in front of their office warning their clients that they’re losing tax forms and not telling people.
