@Jay StraderI'm wondering the same thing - I had an attorney review the contract & basically all it said was invest at your own risk.

As Jay mentioned seem like a fake lender or a broker who has no clue what they are doing.

Now to be fair brokers deal with a lot of tire kickers so It's hard for them to take every buyer serious.
