List your property on corporate rental sites like Blueground, Zeus Living, and Furnished Finder to attract high-income tenants. 

Any article on the internet should be taken with a grain of salt and up to your discretion on how you want to take it and want you can gleam from it :)

The sooner that you can have crews actively working on-site, the better.

I do like the built in leasing that apartments offers over the OG Cozy site, but I don't really want to pigeon hole myself into the apartments.com brand (or Zillow, or any other of the type) so I'm starting to use rent redi.

Make sure that your area states it directly.Otherwise, let the booking site handle things. 28 days isn't that long IMHO depending on the area or reason for traveling.
