As this was prior to the internet as we now know it we had no support group.

As you start you will want to take into consideration that many owners and hosts use more than just AirBNb to host their properties.  

You might hire a property manager, use a co-hosting service, or build your own team (like I did!).

Less likely.You have to have a host of skills and knowledge and $$ to get to make 10 successful rehabs happen in 1 year.

I think crypto is where internet was in 1995, a lot of what people on this thread are saying about crypto you can replace with "internet" in 1995.

The internet makes the world very small.As far as buying out of state, one challenge I did not see any other replies mention is your occupancy.

Guests are used to cleaning fees, so adjusting it to match the actual expense is reasonable.It’s also helpful to check comparable listings in your area to see what other hosts are charging.
