I use MyRentals.com, it is very user friendly and you get instantaneous response.

A GFCI works based on the principle that if "something" causes an imbalance in current between the hot and the neutral(grounded conductor), the GFCI trips instantaneously.

Reputations take time to build, but can be destroyed instantaneously.    

If I wanted to find out how much I paid for a car payment several years ago, I can find out instantaneously through mint.  

So used to it being almost instantaneous like FB.

I got on it instantaneously.  

Posting notices does not instantaneously result in actions, it is nothing more than a piece of paper.

I also think there will be more notes coming maybe not in 2019 but in 2020 as things take time and I don’t see it happening instantaneously 

@Dan Moore this is a great question.The issue is that some states are moving away from "instantaneous access" for background checks and we've noticed this trend developing in North Carolina (I'm assuming that's where your rental is located).Currently, automated services cannot access criminal data in Massachusetts, Wyoming, South Dakota, Delaware, and Colorado.
