Cherry Invoice Files, a seperate file are filed in numeric order, by date then build number, then documents in that file are filed again by date then alphabetically.

I've used some Delta product before but it's tough to find the quality ones online as they don't tell you how the internal workings are crafted.I have flipped innumerable houses over the last 25 years, in several cities, and I would have to go back and look at invoices to see which products we used.

Hi @Caleb Heimsoth, I read @Ali Boone's book Turnkey Rental Properties 101 and thought she made some good points about the value of working with a promoter vs. working directly with a provider - super summarized, providers have a vested interested in selling you on their market and their properties while a promoter may work in numerous markets and with numerous providers and can be slightly more neutral about which one you choose.
