Bare minimum would require would be15% up to 25% injection into the real estate from you and your partners plus around 10% post liquidity.

One reason I'm bullish on Roseville RE over the next few years is the Bosch injection of $1.5 billion to build a new site which will bring many mid term construction workers into the are during the construction phase and then the new technicians and engineers that will move to Roseville to work.

I think the Fed will stand pat at the next meeting and perhaps the next after that but of course there are outside factors such as whether or not our clown government prints more money and injects it into the system, which would of course stoke inflation yet again.
