We just need to verify that you have cash for the downpayment, closing cost, and up to 6 months of the mortgage payment as reserves.

If it were really for the motive of protecting the people, the people would still have there option and freedom to initiate the action themselves. 

Verify and double verify with the applicant that the information they have provided is correct and that all income is verified and all adults will have a background check. 

This is verified based on the good schools, department stores opening up (Costco, Target etc.) as well as verified investment from Jerry Jones (Dallas Cowboys owner) and the city to grow the population.
