I currently own my primary residence and have about 60k in equity.

the lower the cash in (starting with the DP), the quicker you recover your cost. 2)  Solid, as in equity. 

For context, I have $80k in liquidity and $1m in equity in my primary residence so working on opening a HELOC and plan to add multiple properties each year through the BRRRRR method.

But i'm sure that perspective will increase or decrease as I mature. big difference though in 30 mil in equity in RE and 30 mil in cash after you sold your business or your stock and bond portfolio is worth 30mil.. crypto goes up and down to much LOL.. but I am sure there are plenty of very wealthy crypto dudes and duddets.

We lived there for a couple of years and were able to build over 150K in equity with the renovations we made.

These guy is talking a lot about how great the city in his targeted investment but very little time going deep dive into his Financial.Our friend Grocapitus is targeting the naivest tech-background rich folks that's rich in equity but poor in financial analysis capacity (and bit arrogant too sometimes because they think because they rich due to tech so everything else was easy).Our friend here  likes to cherrypick market stats that's irrelevant for his investment at his deck.
