It seems this investment was incredibly successful for you, but the resale is most important.

First, there are about 6 states that I refuse to invest in because of their tax laws and what I consider to be an unfriendly business environment.

Some of these new age syndicators are raising money in incredibly small amounts and I believe are intentionally pursuing these smaller dollar amounts because of the unsophisticated individual behind those dollars.
