I prefer VRBO guests hands down and that they don't interfere with hosts as much as Airbnb, but the app and website are incredibly frustrating, slow, and outdated.

Or create something unique ... a game room, a killer outdoor space, a wall-papered wall, etc.

There is a 1 inch gap between the baseboards and wall and the actual floor which presumably leads outside due to my having a room with 3 walls that lead directly outside.
