Others mentioned to stack a bunch of boxes in the kitchen to make it inaccessible to the appraiser.

They did have to drill holes since it was inaccessible.

I would absolutely replace the cabs, with 42" uppers (replacing that inaccessible area above the doors), a 24" deep cab over the reefer with a return or narrow broom closet on the left.Here's an idea I've used for an inexpensive but attractive alternative to granite for your price level: Have a local shop fab up black plastic lam tops with square front edges, and NO 4" splash.

Aside from the flexibility in access (any computer or mobile device), you don't have to worry about hanging onto disc's or annual renewals.

Maybe over 200 units the options are better, but for me I enjoy the flexibility of managing my accounts in QB and keeping my tenant database in Access.

Coming from the Midwest, we had been hoping to find an old industrial building or warehouse ideally on a waterway, for easy conversion (5000+ sf base area, 20+ ft height or multiple floors, drive-up/drive-in access), but are clearly very late to the party.
