The CHS market is still fairly hot and active, although it has a slowed a little in recent months.

In the northern tiers it still seems to be a hot market, so if you can find the right deal where all the numbers line up, go for it. 

It wouldn’t work in a red hot market like we had a few years ago where everything was selling super fast, but in todays market there isn’t as much urgency to see properties and get offers in immediately.  

For the rest of the day we had the keurig for guests that wanted one cup of coffee or hot water for tea.

If I were down there I would think about setting up a food truck or 10 or 20 and serving breakfast burritos 24 hours a day with some good hot coffee.Just my 2 cents.

Real estate has now peaked my interest and I want to buy in North Carolina and I might be open to other hot markets.

Hot water heaters are tankless and new.

(The business is doing well so i thought sell it while it’s hot) While that’s my main focus, I'm also looking for ways to invest my extra income wisely, as I want my money to work for me.

Most of these properties have been sitting on the market for 30+ days.Other possible issues is the hot air furnace is very old.

I'm unsure if it makes a difference, but I plan to focus more on rural land development since I was raised in the Hocking Hills, a hot market recently.
