For some it is homelessness.

Having a second home less than 75 miles from your primary residence and using it as a STR can cause issues.

There has been a slight uptick in the homeless population since the pandemic started, but they are usually pretty harmless. 

It’s helped otherwise good tenants get by and potentially not become homeless.

With my experience with squatters/homeless people.Most of the time they have warrants!

Maybe print out a list of homeless shelters that are nearby along with printing out a map and handing it to the people you see camped out there .

We provide housing for Homeless and Addicted people in underserved communities, and in an attempt to revitalize our Downtown area, and expand our Program (part of it is home ownership and entrepreneurship) we need to be able to buy adjudicated properties, or have them donated, then have the finances to redevelop and repair them.

We closed the bibs that were being used by the homeless but one or two are still open for the gardener.
