I also have a $50k line of credit I can tap into when needed that will grow as I keep growing the business.Right now my rent is about $1700 where I've been staying for over a year, but really wanting to trade that for a mortgage and start building that equity.

As I look to grow, I’m considering joining a coaching/mentorship program like Partner Driven or something similar.

@Mitchell Rosenberg  - I think the overall thinking is that most prefer areas that have a growing population with a growing/stable economy base that is diversified.

Whenever I face challenges, I tap into my inner Goggins, reminding myself that if he can conquer the impossible, so can I.And let's not forget Think and Grow Rich, a timeless classic.

I'm at one week since the conference and becoming a Raisemaster and not only did the conference really AMP me up, having the modules at my disposal over the last week has helped the momentum grow.  

However, I don't find the long vacancy particularly enjoyable, and I'm hoping to gain some insight and grow from the experience.Has anyone else experienced this, and what did you do to avoid it?

Work your 9 to 5 for several years and in your free time grow your real estate business on the side.
