@Denis Ponder it's a great way to build a portfolio, even if you only do it a couple times it can be a powerful strategy.

It answered questions I had and opened up a few more to ponder on. 

That will definitely cause you to stop and ponder.

So instead of offering advice, I’ll offer questions to ponder towards looking for your answer:Can we presume these units cash-flowed when you bought them?  

This gave me the opportunity to meet the girl of my dreams.
