Millenials will want the last smart home gadgets, and getting them hooked into the Amazon eco-system will be a long term win for Amazon. 

I know it is an awesome gadget let alone business tool.

Having the latest gadgets is fine BUT don't let that stop you.

The fact of the matter is, is that the likes of Steve Jobbs and Bill Gates are college dropouts that made it big.So, don't tell me that a degree and more experience entitles you to more money.If your logic holds, only PhD's in the Computer Engineering should be able to come up with the coolest tech gadgets.

And you almost have to have an internet connection to function in society at this point in time.I don't think the gadgets are the main problem though.

It always works vs. the windows being constantly flaky, crashing, and needing to be charged mid-day.The smart was a cool gadget but an awful phone.

As to doing the due diligence, you should be able to find a CPA to give an opinion, Charles is here on BP and I would think that you could have him run the numbers, be sure to pay him to do so, you don't need a CPA in town really since we have all the gadgets we do now.I'm a little worried here too, because you're getting into commercial and sounds like you're brand new to it, which makes me wonder if you might not need a mentor in your area or in the investment area for due diligence.

Most of us blow through hundreds of dollars a month on fancy coffee, eating out, car payments, the latest gadget, fancy clothes, what have you.
