The STR market in Leavenworth is basically frozen out atm.

@Guifre Morai am searching for a HELOC or refi so I have some capital to take advantage of any future deals, sounds like HELOCs have been frozen, anyone have any info.

Hi Karma,I am not saying owner finance with nothing down can't be done.I will say that it was much more prevalent in 2009,2010 when commercial markets were frozen and people couldn't sell because they didn't know where the bottom was.

Weather has played a big role since we also had 2 weeks of extremely low temps and frozen roads.
