I don't believe in bragging or flaunting my good fortune in public (or barely in private) as I see it as not very Christian like, but my point is that I know you guys are not totally heartless.

After going through the place, they climbed the steps up to the driveway, seated themselves in their BMW SUV, and drove off in style.I hated them and tried to wish cancer into their organs and bones on the spot.In low C'class, it matters what your tenants think of you and how much you flaunt your wealth in their faces.

The basic premise, which I have found to be very true over many years, is that the truly wealthy do not tend to be out there flaunting their wealth with fancy cars, boats, planes, and McMansions ... you probably pass by them in the street every day and never once think to yourself, wow that dude must be loaded.

Shorter really shouldn't be an issue, as circumstances change, and people sell, but I wouldn't flaunt it.

Everyone knows that the customer is the boss, but you don't need to flaunt it (I'm sure you don't, but some do).If the value of the agent is in the lock box key and their chauffeur abilities, then I would move on.

Don't lie about who you are but don't flaunt it.Most people on Craigslist are lazy.

obviously not all investors resort to wholesaling tactics once they get ur attention by flaunting 'all-cash' offers and ' proof of funds' in the excess of millions, but with the advent of MLM in this broke hyperinflative economy, less people/businesses qualify for funding, yet more are inspired by multimedia advertising/marketing/networking to want to 'invest' anyways evenmoreso.  

I too have means and what I've discovered is that the truly wealthy are very different and early flaunt their wealth, nor do they get wrapped up in foolishness.

It would be hard to pick out the true old money/truly educated individual as they have enough social grace/etiquette to not flaunt nor talk about their wealth publicly.
