OR you are paying for it with a failed promise. 

At this point, they are doing most likely what others here didn't think was possible, and probably something they failed at. 

According to Warren Buffet, Fannie and Freddie really failed because of high-leverage risk-taking in the fixed income arbitrage space, saying:“The portfolios are what really got them into the trouble…the managements of Freddie and Fannie tried to juice up the earnings, basically, because the insurance guaranteed that they were given that mortgage.

The more successful you are the more you've failed in life and allowing others to learn from our own mistakes is often more helpful than the success stories. 

It works but it was installed in 1967 so I need to prepare to replace it when it fails at some point.

Harder to liquidate, amplified results if you fail, and cash flow less.Pull a list and cold call, or develop relationships with brokers.

And beyond all this, I don't see 1 mention of what value you bring to any of it, just a lot of talk about how to make $. if making $ is your focus, your gonna fail.

It is not a scam to have tried and failed.
