Does a block house have a 2x4 frame inside the wall or just furring strips for the plaster?

Moisture barrier, framing or furring strips, sheetrock.

In my free time I love having all 4 of girls, fur babies,  in my lap or out watching them run in the yard.

Seriously though, I've had interest in real estate ever since I helped rehab properties fur my friend's dad as a summer job.

@Greg Junge I think just about everyone on here knows that real estate is likely to produce more cash than a 401k.

In it Rinella discusses being a young kid practicing his trapping and fur selling skills; he recalls that he once killed a few skunk but he hit one in the scent gland and when he tried to sell the fur to a buyer the buyer devalued the entire lot because of the scent.

It could have framing that isn't up to code under it or plaster that's been furred out or even suit from fire damage (I've seen it).

I will seriously consider some of your (and Bohemiana's) suggestions for AFTER closing.Why throw paint on your date's fur coat BEFORE the dinner and movie (even if your first impression does not look promising)?
