I would not say I am confident in my experience but I will say I am confident in research, I have been researching extracting data from data points, and messaging successful airbnb hosts in the areas and I even have 3 meetings with 3 different Airbnb hosts this week to discuss over coffee about the ins and outs of how to be successful in this market or for them to just have a chat.
