10 years ago my property was 90% VRBO, 10% Airbnbsame property 10 years in using both,now it's 90% Airbnb, 10% VRBOsame property, same pictures on both sites, etc.

Now the house has been sitting vacant for over one month despite PM putting it on zillow and other sites.

Is there any good resource with links to the relevant sites in particular states/counties?

I'm on a call now and they same decent and honest, but some reviews on here and other sites are a bit concerning.

you have to learn land entitlement. we identified a site today for hotel development that was an 18000 sq ft lot.

The site is accessible via West Morehead Street, South Clarkson Street, South Cedar Street, and Summit Avenue.

There are a few options(1)You can get connected with the larger wholesaler firms in the area (2) go through PCPAO site and skiptrace the buyers of similar properties as yours, (3) hunt down the agents involved in the sale of properties similar to yours or go to local REI meetings and pitch it to the investors there. 

There are 4 Single Family Homes built on the site. 2 are built-to-sell and 2 are built-to-rent.What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
