.- do you have  a lot of  cash  over and  above the 150K -  if so - go for it .....if not -  I  would recommend  saving some cash  and  leveraging a bit ...maybe take a loan out for  50%  ltv .......these days - Cash is  KingThe 150 K is earmarked specifically for real estate investment.
