I'm working on my own newsblog for the industry in order to digest and dilute what's out there, since there is just so much (too much even?) 

Does anybody have any sources like books, podcasts, youtube, or other ways to digest information?!

It can be a lot to digest at first but finding the right team can take a lot of the pressure and learning curve off of your plate.

There are a lot of factors to this but I will try to give the reader's digest version. 

If your taxes are going to be prepared by a CPA, then you better make your bookkeeping digestible by that CPA.Conversely, if your taxes are prepared by you, then your bookkeeping should make sense to you, and to you only.

This thread really needs your utilization and commentary James before someone saying no that's not my market because they unable to digest the data LOL 

i find it's way more actionable, digestible, motivating.. to learn from someone who's just like 1.5-2.5 years ahead of where you're at now. finding someone at THAT point, may save you quite a bit of money in mentoring AND actually get you better results.

Bigger pockets is certainly a good resource to get started with. between podcasts and forums, plenty of information to digest but remember the best way to learn is to  conservatively buy the first property.
