It is difficult to decipher which are a waste of time and which aren't.Either way most "real estate investors" never buy a single property, whether they go to a seminar or not.

Mind you, it also takes a somewhat sophiscated borrower and savvy defense attorney to decipher these laws and use it as a defense.

There's a list of FHA requirements that other people have discovered, which can help you decipher yourself.

I will need to spend some time to really decipher your pillars. 

But again, you'll get more familiar with that just by shopping around for a bit.Not sure if that is overly helpful, it's certainly not a technical answer, but it's how I decipher things!
