I know the Biggerpockets youtube channel used to have a playlist called "Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing Course" where there was 60 or so videos guiding a beginner to understand real estate from start to finish.

It's possible that after an investigation, which may be done quickly, the insurer may authorize a new policy be issued to the new buyer before the curative action is completed.
