But sure as heck not impossible, it just takes a commitment to learning a very complex detailed facet of business and regulations. 

I mean, it's such a critical, basic, and SIMPLE feature I don't get how it's not there.  

Folks very often dont  realize the cost of being self employed when every facet of your life comes out of your pocket.

Detroit is very much a block-by-block city, so having local knowledge is absolutely critical.

I went from barely breaking even to walking away with a very comfortable profit.This experience taught me two critical lessons:Never give up when the situation looks bleak.

I've never understood those that can't understand the critics of STRs.

Companies like State Farm, Allstate, or Chubb often come up in conversations, but comparing quotes with independent brokers might give you the best value.Since you're in a general partnership, it”s critical to clearly define liability exposure.

It is critical that you are not over leveraged.
