It’s waaaaay easier for a company to fail or be unable to pay rent than you think.

Companies like CFA do much more in depth market analysis and research than I know I ever have done so some latch onto the back of those companies and look to invest in areas that these large companies are opening new/more stores in as a starting point.

I would take a trip and meet with different companies.  

A lot of management companies overcharge.

He divides his time among several PM companies because none of the companies needs a full-time attorney.
