Find a new cleaner, handyperson, take pro pictures etc etc.

If you have enough unit it will make sense to have cleaner on your payroll but to starting off, most common sense is to find a very high quality, reliable cleaner that works with your budget.

I am not sure about what you are reflecting in the cleaning number but for me 1) it is shocking what cleaners charge but it is not where you want to try to save money for quality 2) it is a pass through, the guest pays it. $250 per turn would be for larger unit and very good job.  

Guest checks out, cleaners arrive to clean, conduct post stay inspection, and reset the home for next guest.

@Michael Baum, my cleaner now charges $175 for the full monty, will talk to her & see what will charge for basic clean /refresh ? 

The only thing we suggest to our guests is if they are able to start the dishwashwer before they leave it is helpful to our cleaners, but otherwise just lock the door when you leave and have a safe trip home.

You might want the landlord to provide cleaning services and the tenant has to open the unit to the cleaner.

You always hire professional cleaners if it's an old person's home and construction cleaners if it's a disaster area.

You could arrange to have your cleaners accept the deliveries at the property or hire a local handyman to do same and even assemble furniture.
