I’ve been manually scouring Zillow/MLS for deals, but it’s time-consuming, and I’d love to streamline this.2.Has anyone experimented with using machine learning models (like classifiers or regression models) to rate properties based on their condition from MLS listing photos?

The moderator took it down before and said that it should be in the classifieds but hopefully this time around they can see for certain that I’m just having a conversation and not trying to sell anyone on anything.

@Nicholas Haubner Contact Montvale's tax assessor and building department to see it is currently classified. 

My goal is to invest in properties with 4+ units, as I understand that once you move  into 5+ units, the property is classified as commercial real estate, which comes with different loan guidelines and financing structures, which i am open to.I’m reaching out to this community to seek advice on a few things:Analyzing Deals: What are your go-to strategies for evaluating multifamily opportunities?

Most of the REITs are classified as Micro as to size and have great volatility in pricing and net asset value adjustments.  

It will be interesting how they classify these for resale. 

That being said, those numbers are outrageous and I would generally classify them as outliers.In fact, when I see projections like that I normally run the opposite direction, but yours appear to be actual results!
