Occupant profile: two older ladies on SS, one with mental disability and another with cancer undergoing radiation treatment.

The duplex I bought that cashflowed was 63k and it was a guy who had cancer who needed to sell quick.  

I got into this situation because we have never used outside funding, we have only used profit from our other properties to fund rehab, but due to round 3 with cancer we had to put it on the back burner for a short period of time.

Should surgeons abstain from commenting about the potential dangers of cancer?

I am a stage 4 cancer survivor who hopes to leave my current job within one year to do real estate investing full time as I need a better way to pay medical bills and be able to pay for current and future medical care.

When I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, and spent months in the hospital (lost the ability to walk and had some organs removed), and wasn't expected to live, I made sure that my brother dropped off a rent check every month to my landlord.

I personally think radon is an exaggerated risk but it's hard to sell that when your tenant is dying of cancer and suing you for failing to mitigate the exposure.Ask for the mitigation.

It could also be a result of the current tenant talking to the last tenant and having the notion spread like cancer.

(We are retired now due to his cancer).
