Collin it would be great to talk with you, I am hoping to branch out to become more involved.

If in their country they have a foreign branch of a US bank that might make things easier, for example if they can walk into a Citibank branch or a JP Morgan branch in their country, sometimes that can facilitate things.

I am looking to branch off and use the banks money for my real estate investing instead of my own.

I personally decided to branch out of student rentals when I saw all of the apartments coming up.  

Now we are getting started in Birmingham AL (my mom's birthplace) and are excited to branch out to select areas in the South over the next few years.I am starting off with flips, but will transition soon to rentals using a BRRR strategy.

(Southaven, Olive Branch and Horn Lake). 

Go down to your local bank branch, hopefully it's a smaller bank (they will have better rates and service and be more thankful), and ask about HELOCs.
